Jobs (Templates)

Each job saves separately. Switch jobs without clearing in‑progress time.

Start here
  1. Select your Job (Template) above (each job saves separately).
  2. Set the Start Date for the pay period.
  3. Choose a pay period length (1 or 2 weeks).
  4. Optional: set your hourly rate to see estimated pay.
  5. Use Edit Defaults to prefill your normal schedule.
  6. Install for offline use: tap Add Icon to Home Screen.

Switching jobs changes which in‑progress pay period you are viewing. PTO, extra blocks, and notes are saved per job. Defaults control how new days are prefilled; they do not overwrite your saved entries.

Advanced / Data Tools
Backup / Restore

Download Backup File saves a .json file you can keep in iCloud Drive / Google Drive / OneDrive. Copy Recovery Code copies a text version to your clipboard (you will not “see” anything happen unless you paste it). To restore later, paste the code into the box below and click Restore from Code (Replace).

Restore replaces existing app data on this device. Save backups to iCloud Drive / Google Drive / OneDrive so they survive reinstalls and new phones.
